Hi Rusty,

It is best to take both... Wellavoh is a "multi-nutrient" meaning it's comprised of a number of different vitamins and minerals that the body needs to sustain itself and TriVita has even taken it a step further by creating a mens and womens version to ensure the person taking it is getting the SPECIFIC vitamins and minerals their body needs based on gender... Nopalea is more a "job specific" nutritional supplement- it helps the body fight inflammation and detoxify the cells.

You can actually think of the 2 as being complementary. Nopalea is removing the bad "stuff" from the body while Wellavoh is adding all the good "stuff" back to the body.

Wellavoh does have just a hint of Nopalea in it, but I would venture to say it's not enough to fight severe inflammation so if inflammation is a problem in your body (which it is for most of us) it would be best to ensure that you combine it with Nopalea. :)

Please do let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind Regards,
Christy

If you take wellavoh, do you still take Nopalea? And what is the difference between the 2?
